What we do
TheOne Auto buys used vehicles on its own account in Luxembourg and France. We are neither a lead-generation intermediary nor an auction platform: we buy, we pay, and we then carry the resale or export ourselves.
That position has a direct consequence for sellers: the offer we quote is the amount we pay. There is no commission deducted at the end and no introduction fee.
Our scope covers every segment, from older high-mileage cars to recent vehicles under warranty, as well as trade batches and company fleets.

An honest valuation
We would rather quote a realistic range and look less attractive than publish a high figure and cut it on the day.
Differences explained
Where the firm offer differs from the valuation, each difference is tied to something observed and costed.
No hidden fees
Valuation, travel, inspection and paperwork are included. The figure quoted is the figure transferred.
Traceable payment
Bank transfer only. No cash payments, in the interest of both parties.
Respect for your data
We collect only what is needed to handle your request and apply limited retention periods.
No false urgency
Offers carry a clear validity period, with no artificial pressure to sign immediately.
