How we value a vehicle
The initial valuation combines the details you provide with transaction values observed on the used market in Luxembourg, France and neighbouring countries. Model, powertrain, trim, year and mileage give a first range.
That range is then adjusted for declared condition, service history, number of owners and current demand for the model. This is why we quote a range rather than a single figure: without seeing the car, a firm price would be an empty promise.
The final offer is made at inspection, which checks that the declared details match reality: bodywork, tyre and brake wear, equipment function, absence of fault codes and consistency of the documents.

Because an exact price before inspection would be fictional. We prefer to state a realistic range and confirm it on site rather than publish an appealing number and revise it at the last moment.
How long is a valuation valid?
A valuation reflects the market at a point in time. We treat it as valid for seven days, provided mileage and condition have not changed.
Can I get a valuation without giving my phone number?
